[Windows] Correct PC refuse to start
-> Symptoms: The PC won't start, no motherboard light, no fans, etc.
1. Disconnect the power cable to the back of the PC
2. Press the start button of the PC (front) for about 10 to 15 seconds
3. Rebranche le cordon d'alimentation et redémarre le PC

[Error resolution] Corrgier le PC qui ne démarre plus
-> Symptomes : Le PC ne démarre plus, pas de lumière sur la carte mère, pas de ventillateur, etc.
1. Débranchez le câble d'alimentation à l'arrière du PC
2. Appuyez sur le bouton de démarrage du PC (face avant) pendant environ 10 à 15 secondes
3. Reconnect the power câble and restart the PC
